Minimum 7 night stay during high season; 3 nights at other times. Check in 4pm and Check out 10am.

For all shorter lets appropriate entry and departure times will be communicated at the time of booking.

Discounts for lets of a month or more can be negotiated.

To secure a booking a £100 deposit is payable, with the balance being paid 4 weeks prior to entry.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cheque. 

Once full payment has been received, full details of key collection, entry etc are sent.

• 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in
